Lotus Park needs a rainwater harvesting system - Stanisław's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a rainwater harvesting system - we need $1,700 for materials.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a rainwater harvesting system. This year a group of 22 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Lotus Park, but no funding.
We have received donated volunteer hours worth about $380, and the remaining cost is $1,700.
It will serve about 188 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in January and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.

• Permits and inspections: $60
• Safety equipment and signage: $135
• Tools hire and delivery: $155
