Let's build a covered market stall space together in Tel Aviv
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a covered market stall space - we need $3,250 for materials.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 20 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the old Baobab bus depot, but no funding.
We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $3,250.
It will serve about 217 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in September and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $3,250 goes:
• Materials: $2,550
• Permits and inspections: $175
• Safety equipment and signage: $310
• Tools hire and delivery: $215
