Laparoscopic cyst removal for Rubel: covering what insurance won't

Rubel was diagnosed with endometriosis requiring surgery in August. The surgeon at Amritsar Regional Medical Center recommended laparoscopic cyst removal, and He is scheduled for November. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,650, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $1,000 short.
my father has been in and out of Amritsar Regional Medical Center since August. The doctors say endometriosis requiring surgery will get worse without laparoscopic cyst removal. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,650 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Rubel struggles with daily life and can't drive. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
The recovery period is expected to take about 5 weeks. During that time Rubel won't be able to drive, so the costs keep growing.
