Konstantin's stomach cancer treatment fund

Konstantin is facing stomach cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Konstantin was diagnosed with stomach cancer in August. The oncology team at the Kyiv Oncology Institute has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in December. He will be away from work for about 3 weeks. Konstantin is 35, worked as a shop owner until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Kyiv Oncology Institute 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $2,000 goes: • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,550 • Household costs while unable to work: $290 • Transport to the Kyiv Oncology Institute: $160 Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself. - Anastasia
