Keep the electricity and water on at Yogesh's home in Mumbai

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. Yogesh received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless $105 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours. Yogesh called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available. The household includes an elderly mother, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
