Keep the electricity and water on at Michelle's home in Manila
A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Michelle needs $150 before November.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $150. I have never been late before an unexpected car repair.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Michelle's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
Where the $150 goes:
• Utility arrears: $95
• Reconnection and late fees: $15
• Down payment on a payment plan: $40
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
