Help me finish an agriculture degree at the Galle Institute of Technology - $700 to go

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying an agriculture degree at the Galle Institute of Technology, and I'm one semester away from graduating. I have worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $700.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.6 average, and my faculty supervisor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $700 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $220
• Final term tuition: $390
• Exam and lab fees: $35
• Textbooks and materials: $55

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Prabha
Sure. The biggest one is outstanding tuition balance, $220. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Happy to explain more.
