Heike wants to stay at home - help fund three months of care
Heike, 87, needs daily care to stay at home, and the family is raising $2,500 for a carer and medicines.

I'm caring for my mother, who's 87. After a fall and hip fracture Heike can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Heike desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 30 hours a week and have cut back to look after her, but we need a part-time carer.
Heike worked all of her life as a carpenter, and raised 3 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for three months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.
