Fighting early-stage lung cancer: help Victor afford treatment in Mwanza

Victor was diagnosed with early-stage lung cancer in March. The oncology team at Mwanza Regional Medical Center has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in May. He will be away from work for about 8 weeks. Victor is 46, worked as a shop owner until March, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Mwanza Regional Medical Center 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
