Abril, my wife, passed away on 17 August after complications from pneumonia. She was 61 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $400 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 25 August.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Abril to have a dignified farewell.
