Don't let Niall's family go through summer without electricity

The electricity account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $550. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $100 first, which I don't have. I live with a newborn, and going through summer without electricity isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
