Cataract surgery for Tariq: covering what insurance won't

Tariq was diagnosed with endometriosis requiring surgery in August. The surgeon at Hyderabad Orthopedic Institute recommended cataract surgery, and He is scheduled for November. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $670, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $400 short.
my son has been in and out of Hyderabad Orthopedic Institute since August. The doctors say endometriosis requiring surgery will get worse without cataract surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $670 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Tariq struggles with daily life and can't stand for more than ten minutes. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
The recovery period is expected to take about 12 weeks. During that time Tariq won't be able to stand for more than ten minutes, so the costs keep growing.
