Care for Tharushi, 92: help cover a carer and medication in Colombo

I'm caring for my mother, who's 92. After a fall and hip fracture Tharushi can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Tharushi desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 50 hours a week and have cut back to look after her, but we need a part-time carer.
Tharushi worked all of her life as a schoolteacher, and raised 4 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for six months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.
Where the $1,050 goes:
• Part-time carer (six months): $900
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $80
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $70

It's all in the list in the story. part-time carer (six months) is the big one at $900, I'll post a receipt when it's paid.
