Care for Shuvo, 79: help cover a carer and medication in Nottingham
Help Shuvo stay in his own home with four months of part-time care.

I'm caring for my father, who's 79. After a fall and hip fracture Shuvo can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Shuvo desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 25 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Shuvo worked all of his life as a farmer, and raised 5 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for four months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.
Where the $3,750 goes:
• Part-time carer (four months): $2,600
• Medication and prescriptions: $410
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $165
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $575
