Care for Refilwe, 84: help cover a carer and medication in Richards Bay

I'm caring for my mother, who's 84. After a fall and hip fracture Refilwe can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Refilwe desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 25 hours a week and have cut back to look after her, but we need a part-time carer.
Refilwe worked all of her life as a seamstress, and raised 5 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for three months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.
Where the $900 goes:
• Medication and prescriptions: $240
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $110
• Part-time carer (three months): $550
