Care for Kenta, 77: help cover a carer and medication in Sapporo
Help Kenta stay in his own home with eight months of part-time care.

I'm caring for my father, who's 77. After a stroke last February Kenta can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Kenta desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 25 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Kenta worked all of his life as a shopkeeper, and raised 4 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for eight months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.
Where the $3,900 goes:
• Part-time carer (eight months): $3,150
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $240
• Medication and prescriptions: $510
