Care for Josefa, 88: help cover a carer and medication in Akron

I'm caring for my mother, who's 88. After worsening Parkinson's disease Josefa can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Josefa desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 25 hours a week and have cut back to look after her, but we need a part-time carer.
Josefa worked all of her life as a schoolteacher, and raised 5 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for four months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.
Where the $3,650 goes:
• Part-time carer (four months): $2,600
• Medication and prescriptions: $540
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $270
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $240

Good luck. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Josefa.
The list at the bottom is the whole picture. part-time carer (four months) is the biggest at $2,600. I'll keep the page updated.
