Care for Jahid, 77: help cover a carer and medication in Thane

I'm caring for my father, who's 77. After a diagnosis of dementia Jahid can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Jahid desperately wants to stay at home. I work 25 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer. Jahid worked all of his life as a bus driver, and raised 3 children.
