Care for Hasan, 96: help cover a carer and medication in Istanbul

I'm caring for my father, who's 96. After a heart attack Hasan can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Hasan desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 40 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Hasan worked all of his life as a schoolteacher, and raised 4 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for six months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.
Where the $1,650 goes:
• Part-time carer (six months): $1,200
• Medication and prescriptions: $130
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $130
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $190
