A youth football pitch for the Cedar community hall: help our neighbors in Guarulhos
A community-led a youth football pitch at the Cedar community hall that will serve 576 neighbors.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a youth football pitch. This year a group of 13 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Cedar community hall, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $950.
It will serve about 576 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $950 goes:
• Materials: $580
• Permits and inspections: $95
• Safety equipment and signage: $115
• Tools hire and delivery: $160
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
