A youth football pitch for Cedar Primary School: help our neighbors in Toulon

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a youth football pitch. This year a group of 14 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Cedar Primary School, but no funding. We have received donated paint, and the remaining cost is $1,500. It will serve about 424 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in May and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered. Where the $1,500 goes: • Materials: $1,100 • Tools hire and delivery: $230 • Safety equipment and signage: $170 Thanks for reading all this. - Simone
