Tatiane Elaine Almeida
Mentor in law school and leadership
- 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Santos Foundation
- 2005 to 2016
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 590 people through Santos Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Tatiane
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
