Iwona Elżbieta Marciniak
Leadership mentor, Gdańsk
- 🇵🇱 Gdańsk, Pomerania, Poland
- Gateway Learning Hub
- 1993 to 2019
- Polish
For 26 years I've mentored people in leadership and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
