Tuition fund for Timur: a master's in public health at Moscow State College
A first-generation student, Timur needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a master's in public health.

Timur is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a master's in public health at Moscow State College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,300.
The registrar has said Timur can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Timur has a 3.8 average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Timur would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Timur isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Moscow State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $1,300 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $410
• Final term tuition: $810
• Exam and lab fees: $50
• Textbooks and materials: $30
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

You're not alone, Elena. Hope you get there. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. All the best
Praying for you, Elena. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
