The registrar has said Parth can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Parth has a 3.9 average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Parth would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Parth isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the Ludhiana Institute of Technology bursar's office.
