The registrar has said Nathalie can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Nathalie has a top-ten-percent average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Nathalie would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Nathalie isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
