Tuition fund for Lucie: a nursing degree at the Salé Institute of Technology

Lucie is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a nursing degree at the Salé Institute of Technology, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $950. The registrar has said Lucie can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Lucie has a 3.6 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Lucie would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Lucie isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the Salé Institute of Technology bursar's office.
