Tuition fund for Deepak: a diploma in hospitality management at Durgapur University

Deepak is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a diploma in hospitality management at Durgapur University, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $450. The registrar has said Deepak can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Deepak has a 3.8 average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Deepak would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Deepak isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Durgapur University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
