The Pioneer community hall needs a repair café workshop - Rudi's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a repair café workshop - we need $600 for materials.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a repair café workshop. This year a group of 13 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Pioneer community hall, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $600.
It will serve about 360 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in September and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $600 goes:
• Materials: $480
• Permits and inspections: $20
• Safety equipment and signage: $50
• Tools hire and delivery: $50
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

More neighborhoods should do this. Put this on a community board in Bornova this morning. Take care.
Thinking of you. Projects like this are what make a place worth living in. Thinking of Bogor!
Sending strength, Rudi. Great idea, hope you get there. God bless
Hang in there, Rudi. Shared this with my family. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Love from Shinjuku.
Hope things get better soon, Rudi. Looking forward to the next update. I have a 14 year old who wants to send good wishes too. God bless.
