The Harmony health centre yard needs a youth football pitch - Hossain's neighborhood project
Volunteers in Sylhet are raising $500 for a youth football pitch at the Harmony health centre yard.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a youth football pitch. This year a group of 26 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Harmony health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $500.
It will serve about 514 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $500 goes:
• Materials: $380
• Permits and inspections: $20
• Safety equipment and signage: $40
• Tools hire and delivery: $60
