Okta was diagnosed with gallstones with repeated infections in February. The surgeon at Semarang Community Hospital recommended valve repair surgery, and She is scheduled for May. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $670, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $400 short.
my mother has been in and out of Semarang Community Hospital since February. The doctors say gallstones with repeated infections will get worse without valve repair surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $670 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Okta struggles with daily life and can't look after the children alone. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
