Surgery fund for Nirmala: palate reconstruction surgery in Biratnagar
After an aortic valve defect, Nirmala was cleared for palate reconstruction surgery, but the bill is more than we can manage.

Nirmala was diagnosed with an aortic valve defect in July. The surgeon at Biratnagar Regional Medical Center recommended palate reconstruction surgery, and She is scheduled for November. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,150, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $800 short.
my mother has been in and out of Biratnagar Regional Medical Center since July. The doctors say an aortic valve defect will get worse without palate reconstruction surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,150 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Nirmala struggles with daily life and can't work a full shift. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Recovery is expected to take about 4 weeks. During that time Nirmala won't be able to work a full shift, so the costs keep growing.
The money goes straight to the treatment bills, and I'll share the invoices as they're paid so you can see exactly what your gift did.
Where the $800 goes:
• Post-operative medication: $45
• Surgeon and anesthesia fees: $490
• Pre-operative tests and imaging: $55
• Hospital stay (3 nights): $210
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Stay strong. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I'm in logistics myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you.
Hope it all works out, Anil. Shared it with a few friends. Sent it to 30 people at work
