Standing with Zahid: Hodgkin lymphoma treatment costs

Zahid was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma in July. The oncology team at Kochi Regional Medical Center has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in October. He will be away from work for about 5 weeks. Zahid is 42, worked as a nurse until July, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Kochi Regional Medical Center 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
