Standing with Vincent: kidney cancer treatment costs
Vincent is facing kidney cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Vincent was diagnosed with kidney cancer in May. The oncology team at the Lyon Oncology Institute has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in August. He will be away from work for about 10 weeks.
Vincent is 30, worked as a cleaner at a hospital until May, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Lyon Oncology Institute 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $1,600 goes:
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $300
• Household costs while unable to work: $820
• Transport to the Lyon Oncology Institute: $480
