Mukesh was diagnosed with kidney cancer in March. The oncology team at Rajkot Cancer Centre has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in May. He will be away from work for about 6 weeks.
Mukesh is 42, worked as a tailor until March, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Rajkot Cancer Centre 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Scans and lab work: $220
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $100
• Transport to Rajkot Cancer Centre: $80
• Household costs while unable to work: $150
