Standing with Muhammad: early-stage lung cancer treatment costs

Muhammad was diagnosed with early-stage lung cancer in August. The oncology team at Sukkur Cancer Centre has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 6 weeks.
Muhammad is 54, worked as a bus conductor until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Sukkur Cancer Centre 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Household costs while unable to work: $230
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $45
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $870
• Transport to Sukkur Cancer Centre: $105
