Isak was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer in March. The oncology team at Södertälje Cancer Centre has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in May. He will be away from work for about 7 weeks. Isak is 24, worked as a tailor until March, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Södertälje Cancer Centre 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment. Where the $2,900 goes: • Transport to Södertälje Cancer Centre: $690 • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $620 • Household costs while unable to work: $1,590 Thanks for reading all this.
