Isabelle was diagnosed with stomach cancer in May. The oncology team at the Casablanca Oncology Institute has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in July. She will be away from work for about 10 weeks. Isabelle is 29, worked as a farmer until May, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Casablanca Oncology Institute 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders. Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment. Where the $1,700 goes: • Household costs while unable to work: $240 • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $940 • Scans and lab work: $340 • Transport to the Casablanca Oncology Institute: $180 Thank you for reading my story. - Kévin

  • Get well soon. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Take care.
