Save Rosie: Shuvo can't afford the emergency vet

Rosie is my dog of six years. On 7 April we rushed to Kanpur Animal Hospital with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Rosie, but the treatment can't wait beyond May. Rosie is more than a pet - Rosie is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $20 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
