Save Rocky: Rizwan can't afford the emergency vet

Rocky is my rescue greyhound of two years. On 10 September we rushed to Faisalabad Animal Hospital with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $150. They have stabilized Rocky, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Rocky is more than a pet - Rocky is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $25 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Faisalabad Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
