Save Rocky: Maliha can't afford the emergency vet

Rocky is my German shepherd of eleven years. On 7 September we rushed to Jabalpur Veterinary Centre with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $100. They have stabilized Rocky, but the treatment can't wait beyond December. Rocky is more than a pet - Rocky is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Jabalpur Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
