Save Ollie: Ariana can't afford the emergency vet
A German shepherd named Ollie needs orthopedic surgery - a $1,200 bill the family can't cover.

Ollie is my German shepherd of nine years. On 21 March we rushed to Victoria Animal Hospital with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $1,200.
They have stabilized Ollie, but the treatment can't wait beyond May.
Ollie is more than a pet - Ollie is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $360 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Victoria Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Ollie's recovery.
Where the $1,200 goes:
• Medication and follow-up visits: $230
• Emergency surgery: $720
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $250
