Sana's final semester of a master's in public health in Hyderabad

Sana is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a master's in public health at Hyderabad State College, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $400. The registrar has said Sana can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Sana has a top-ten-percent average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Sana would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Sana isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Hyderabad State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
