Raluca is one term away from finishing a diploma in hospitality management but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $1,600.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a diploma in hospitality management at Cluj-Napoca Community College, and I'm one term away from graduating. I have worked as a delivery rider to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $1,600.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a first-class average, and my faculty supervisor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Cluj-Napoca Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $1,600 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $810
• Final term tuition: $700
• Exam and lab fees: $50
• Textbooks and materials: $40
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Wishing you the best. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Greetings from 6th of October City.
