Atul is two terms away from finishing a degree in social work but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $500.

Atul is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a degree in social work at Mumbai State College, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $500.
The registrar has said Atul can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Atul has a first-class average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Atul would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Atul isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Mumbai State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $500 goes:
• Final term tuition: $280
• Outstanding tuition balance: $185
• Textbooks and materials: $35
