I make my living with my food truck. 10 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,650. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $1,650 goes:
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $930
• Labor charges: $220
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $330
• Towing and inspection: $170
I hope life is good to you.

Stay strong. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Blessings!
Shared this with my family. Wish I lived closer to Chicago so I could bring a meal.
best of luck, Nicholas. Looking forward to the next update
