My ride-share car: Ali's only way to earn a living
Ali's my ride-share car is Ali's only source of income and needs a rear axle replacement costing $400.

I make my living with my ride-share car. 7 weeks ago the rear axle failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $400. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $400 goes:
• rear axle replacement (parts): $340
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $55
• Towing and inspection: $5
Thank you so much.

Good news. Because of your gifts ($218 in total) the plan for road tax and insurance renewal is now scheduled. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.
