Musa is one term away from finishing a master's in public health but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $400.

Musa is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a master's in public health at the Ibadan Institute of Technology, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $400.
The registrar has said Musa can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Musa has a first-class average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Musa would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Musa isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $400 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $155
• Final term tuition: $190
• Exam and lab fees: $25
• Textbooks and materials: $30
Thanks for being kind about this.

wishing you the best, Uchenna. It takes guts to ask. Well done. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Blessings.
Thanks for sharing this, Uchenna. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier
A colleague of mine might know someone for this in Oyo. I'll ask around and let you know
Best of luck, Uchenna. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Please keep us posted. God bless.
