Mohammad's final semester of a nursing degree in Gazipur
Mohammad is one semester away from finishing a nursing degree but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $500.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a nursing degree at Gazipur State College, and I'm one semester away from graduating. I have worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $500.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a distinction average, and my department head has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $500 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $120
• Final term tuition: $350
• Exam and lab fees: $15
• Textbooks and materials: $15
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

as a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Sent it to 31 people at work. Blessings.
Hang in there, Mohammad. Shared this with my family. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Love from Newcastle.
Keep going. It takes guts to ask. Well done. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. All the best
shared it with a few friends. It's not much but it's yours. Greetings from London
