Merve's final semester of an electrical engineering diploma in Bornova
Merve has worked and saved for five years to study an electrical engineering diploma; a $1,350 gap now stands between her and graduation.

Merve is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an electrical engineering diploma at Bornova University, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,350.
The registrar has said Merve can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Merve has a top-ten-percent average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Merve would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Merve isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Bornova University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $1,350 goes:
• Final term tuition: $670
• Outstanding tuition balance: $640
• Exam and lab fees: $40
Thanks for being kind about this.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Merve.
Sure. The biggest one is final term tuition, $670. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Thanks for looking so closely.
Good luck with the exams, you've got this. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Greetings from Nagpur
